Thumbs up BIG Time DAYTON

Future visitors looking for a Small Town location will find DAYTON ready to go Big Time. RARITY properties , with about 5 or 6 locations north & south along I-75 is now opening a RIVERs community near #60.
A Pete DYE golfcourse also means top quality.
On river at north end of lake you asked about a Yacht club ? Sure NO Problem will also give you a Marina.!
Can hear Fred Rodgers sing now. "Its a beautiful day in the neighborhood , wont you be my neighbor .?"
Similar view close to River Bridge. not on this street.
