Default Solar Pool Heating in TN?

This is kind of a random question, but I was wondering if many people in Tennessee use solar heating for their pools. We use it here in Las Vegas and LOVE it. Our pool is always warm enough to jump right in without the cost and wait of actually heating it. I did a search on Yahoo, however, and didn't find any TN companies who do solar pool heating (we're considering a move to Nashville). I'm wondering if it's not popular there. Also, out of curiousity, do many people have pools there? Thanks!

Private pools are not particularly popular here. I'm not sure what percentage of homes have them, but it's pretty low.

I'm not exactly sure why that is. Maybe because people would rather go to the lakes or one of the wave park places. Or maybe because pools can only generally be used here from sometime in May to sometime in September. Some people will tell you it's because there's a lot of rock in Middle Tennessee and that makes it expensive to put in a pool. That explanation never really seemed credible to me. I know why I wouldn't want one: the maintainance.
