Default Camden

I have some questions about the camden area.(Benton county) I found a property on the outskirts of camden. I don't know much about the area. How is the job market?how is the high school? taxes? cost of living (electric, heating, ect.)
is there alot of crime? I would like to have an idea what im getting myself into.
what would be the pros and cons?

thanks for the help

Fairly non existent I do believe. You'll probably commute to Lexington or Jackson.

Probably not too great in the grand scheme of things, but I'm not certain.

Not rural for a a lot of crime.

A cheap place out in BFE with not much to do. It's a good place if you're laid back and like fishing, hunting, and maybe smoking meth.

No problem! Like Dave Chapelle, I keep it real.

Honestly, I'm getting really tired of TN weather.

There are worse places in the US, but it gets pretty brutal here IMO. Camden shouldn't be much different from the rest of west TN.

No, not much at all. But if a flake falls, expect schools to close and people to rush the supermarkets.

Not too much IMO. I don't even wear a coat down here. The thickest thing I ever wear is a hoodie or light jacket/windbreaker.
