One of my dogs does smile! So do I when I can find dog-friendly places to hike with them...stroll, really, we're all getting a bit long in the tooth. They're both long haired beasties & I'm concerned about their heat tolerance in TN which I'm pondering for retirement.
Could a
hiking dog/lover find happiness on the back roads/trails of TN? Based largely on reading, I've explored MLS listings in several counties: Monroe, Cumberland, Van Buren & Fentress.
The dogs aren't the only diggers in this family. I garden compulsively when I'm not at an AA meeting or am knitting or reading.
Wild Boars? Dog-eating coyotes? Ball lightening? Any comments about those?
I'm also interested in volunteer opportunities with students who might profit from Wilson Language Training...
