Default Looking to relocate around Jackson or Martin?

My husband and I really like Tennesee, we go to Dyersburg a lot and I used to attend church for many years plus my dad used to work in Dyersburg, so I'm very familiar with Dyersburg but I'm afraid there isn't much opprotuity there. I've went to Jackson a lot and like to shop and visit but the cost of living is too high and really wouldn't want to live there but wouldn't mind living around it, any towns that clean, conservative, with decent job growth/opprotunity, with nice apartments and with rent around 400? I wouldn't mind a commute over an hour. (We've considered Humbolt and Waverly too). Would like some pros and cons. We are both young, 22, entry level workers, conservative, and love the outdoors. Any advice would greatly be appreciated!

Also we are looking at Martin, I've only been once and didn't know much about there any comments about Martin TN as well?

P.S I usually look at the newspapers to keep up but I want a honest overview of the towns. Blessings!
