Anyone looking for land in East TN?
If anyone needs assistance in real estate in East TN, send me a PM. I'm not a realtor, I'm a potential buyer from FL who is still searching for that piece of land in TN but i'd like to share some info with you if you need help in your search. I hope this was okay to post.

I am a realtor, not looking for a sale here, (although, one is always appreciated!!) The beauty of the Sequatchie Valley is your best bet. However the price per acre here is rapidly increasing! Everyone has discovered the closest place to Heaven! But once you drive over Hwy. 111 into the valley you too will see why everyone wants to move. I sometimes hate to see our small town slowly diminishing but we undrstand we can't be greedy with what God has given us. Anywhere in Tennessee would be a great place to live because of the southern hospitality. Most people here say "Hello" to everyone they encounter regardless of how you talk, walk, dress, etc. We just love everyone! Notice, I did say "most".
I know I am bragging way too much about the place that I call home. I have visited a lot of places though and even though I might be a little biased the Sequatchie Valley is hands down the best place on earth!!!
