Default What I miss about Tenn.

The two years I spent in Tenn. 40 yrs ago spoil me forever. The smell of fresh biscuits about two fingers high , country ham , milk gravy and eggs, will make any man buckle at the knees. So the way I see it with a breakfast like that and combine with the friendly folks, you have Gods Country.

Default Warmer Weather & GOOD Cell phone SIGNAL

W.D. : You are sort of correct , FOOD will never go out of style, but newer generation seems always concerned about the weather(Too hot , Too dry, afraid of snow, etc).
.Not to mention fussy about cell phone signals, up on Cumberland plateau.
Maybe once a week, good cell signal in Maine.!

I've often wondered about "chocolate gravy". I've got a recipe for it but...how the heck is that used?

My daughter loooooves to make homemade biscuits. Something about rolling them out on a floured counter....makes her feel grown up and capable. Makes me hungry
