Bessie's Blackwell's family lived in Benton Tenn., in Polk County.
Bessie married Benjamen Hugh Magness, and had a son. She named her son George Magness. She died when my father was only 18 months old. One of her sisters raised him for awhile. My Dad took my brother I had to visit when we were very young. We were too young to remember specific directions or names. We would really like to find our grandmother's family. We would also like to see if anyone knows were her grave is located. Tanya |
