Yes it has. Rock Creek, here in Hamilton County, is running pretty good right now. Probably some happy kaykers in the area too.

Ahh! No snow up there yet? It didnt last very long here in west Tennessee. Pretty much melted as soon as it hit the ground. But it was pretty while it lasted.
