Predictions for 2009 just came out today. Knoxville is expected to deflate 9.4% in 2009, after rising 4% in 2008. This cites median prices, which doesn't necessarily indicate that prices are falling across the board; it could mean that lower priced homes are selling more than higher priced ones. That makes sense, since it's become harder to get a loan.
