We are looking to move to Tn in two years but want to buy land now. We are looking for 100 plus ac. of land. A small house or cabin is ok, but we want to build a house. We are looking to raise cows, hay, ect. small farm. We have really fell in love with Maryville area as a town to go to for all needs but I know the land there is very high. We are looking to be 30 45 minutes out of town.
Can anyone suggest a town like Maryville for us to look at??? that is also nice?? We will lokk at any area. We are looking for a "hub" town like Maryville were you can find anything you want but when home out in the country. I do not want the side of a mountain but rolling hills with mountain view. Clean town that is safe for the kids.
Also if anyone knows of land like I described for sale please let me know.
