Hi is there any Salvage/Surplus grocery stores around Greeneville or maybe within an hour drive or less?

Within an hour drive, there are tons, I'm sure. I don't know of any in the immediate G-ville area but I'm sure they're there. Your best bet is to call up some local charities and ask them, as they'd know.

Next closest:

Discount Grocery, 601 W Watauga Ave., Johnson City
Pierces Discount Grocery, 1207 E. Main St., Johnson City

Also:

How'd you do that! I tried to run a Google to no avail.

Just a warning, if the Pioneer Market is like the one in Tusculum (Greeneville), then it's just a convenience store. The others look legit though.
