Default What is Selmer like?

I'm looking at a building there. It is just outside the town limits. Actually, it is on 2 acres and the half that the building is on is outside the town limits. No restrictions, so I could build a small hour next to the shop building.

Is this a nice area?

Anyone??? Any opinions on McNairy county? Looks like Selmer has some stores and services so I won't have to make an overnight trip to get groceries.

I get a spooky feeling when i drive thru there. Don't know why. Maybe it's from that "Walking Tall" movie, or something.
