Clarksville, Cell Phone Service? (home, military, best)

I will be stationed at Fort Campbell this year, and would like to know the best cell phone service. AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, TMobile?

I'm coming home from deployment and need a new phone so I will be signing a 2-year contract.

My wife used AT&T while she worked at Ft. Campbell. Verizon got a lot of good publicity during the recent ice storm. AT&T phones wouldn't work but Verizon phones did. But I'm thinking positive that we won't have that much ice any more and sticking with AT&T. Never had any trouble personally and, if it aint broke, don't fix it! lol
Frosty, check around. My wife got an either 15 or 20% military discount.
