Cookeville TN Mountain View Estate?
Hyder Mountain Road/Mountain View Estate, this road runs parallel and very close to I-40 how is the noise associated with it. Good place to live, tell me about the area ?

If its where I'm thinking. Its very pretty. I don't think you would hear much road noise. I may possibly be out that way in a day or so. I can make pics for you. Any particular lot?

You will hear interstate buzz that close to I-40 especially in the winter. It seems to be a nice area. You are close to Cookeville proper, close to I-40, but somewhat tucked away. The city lake is close and I understand there have been nice improvements/trails around it. I havent been there in a while. But it is developing fast around there and I would consider the area a subdivision.

We drove by there today. I couldn't figure out which was 2905. There was one small house that might have been it. On the right side of the road is smaller houses and on a hillside. And the left side is a subdivision.

It is a light Brown brick home with a coverd front proch with five White Columns on the front porch and the garage is on the left side of the house. 1700 sq ft home, new home. Did you see it?

I don't remember seeing that. Will be back again soon. Now that I know what to look for maybe I can find it. Will take pics of the surroundings.
