Default Least expensive property tax counties

Hello everyone!

I'm new here and just beginning my search for a nice place to live in Tennessee. My first question is, where are the property taxes the lowest in Tennessee?

Thank you.

Here's the link to the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury web site which lists all of the property tax rates for every county and community in the state.

Residential property is assessed at 25% of its market value, and the rates are per $100 of assessed value.
