questions on building permits cocke co.
Any info on building permits,owner builder building codes etc.
We are planning to build on some moutain top property in English Mt. One thing is how to get up there. There are some homes there and I see elec. lines going way up in the Mts. We have just about had it with Fla. Taxes and ins. My husband works at Kennedy Space Center which will probably have work until the Democrats take over in a few years then were out of here. Not sure how home builders are there, but here in florida you pay a lot for very little, horrible construction etc. Impact fees are up to 4000.00 right off the bat, I guess thats the way to keep people from coming to Fla. if that was the intent. Maybe there is a building permit package ? Any info will be helpful.
