According to the TV, we have had tornadoes in the Nashville area. Possibly the worst one in Murfreesboro. There are tornado warning sirens going off all around. The storm will soon be east of Nashville across the whole state from north to south. If you live in the Plateau area, take caution NOW; these are fast moving storms.

The worst of it has passed my house.

The TV is reporting significant damage in Wilson County, which is in the northern part of Middle Tennessee.

There is not even rain now where I live on the west side of Nashville.

Edited to add: MTMC in Murfreesboro is reporting at least nine people have been admitted with injuries due to the storm; there was no details on how serious the injuries are.

:/ I have family in Lebanon. Fired off an email.

I honestly thought the storms were through after the front that moved through early this morning. Guys, stay safe on the Plateau and in the valley. Hopefully the mountains will break up the most of it before they reach us here in NETN!

I don't see anything on the radars that would be a big problem for Adamsville the rest of the afternoon. Of course, I can only say what I see on the screens; so be sure to take care. I probably don't have to tell you to stay alert. ;-)
