I am new to Selmer also. My husband took a new job in MS, but we moved to Selmer for the tax advantages. We moved into a house in the Selmer Country Club. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. We are not members but the Country Club has a 9 hole golf course, pool, restaurant. We used Earnie Hines from West Tennessee Realty and she will tell you like it is.
