The following link is the Master Link for Tennessee Chamber of Commerce. Once open you can drill down to the city your inquiring about. My suggestion is to set up a bogus e-mail address & name. This way you have control on who & whom you correspond with.....It also cuts down on all the spam you will get....

Whoever wishes to comment...I have a 180K 2100SF place in Illinois. I looked at all the info on the web TN sites, seems rather difficult to calculate house hold goods and other intangables. But can anyone provide just a round tax figure I would be most likely to pay. Property taxes in Ofallon is $3500 a year. Will the taxes in Montgomery County, (don't plan on living in the city), be simular to this?

Also looks like Montgomery County is pretty much rolling hills. Is the ground there tillable, don't see many agricultural crops in pictures on realty sites? If it is pretty tillable what date do most plant annuals?

Default Can anyone offer advice?

I am considering moving to TN and I have 3 children, I am looking to rent a house. Does anyone know of a good managment company? Or any good neighborhoods? What areas to stay away from?
