Default Very bad weather!

Hey y'all!

Looks like we have a bad squall heading towards us now. It looked very bad but must have hit the mountains, and we will probably just get a thunderstorm.

HOWEVER, there is a HUGE weather system coming from the northwest and looks like it will hit Nashville and then Knoxville. Lot of purple on the radar that can mean tornadoes. This thing is massive. I'm hoping it cools down before it hits us.

Anyone that knows me, know I am absolutely terrified.

Anyway, sending prayers to my wonderful friends in Nashville.

I am so scared!

Can anyone tell me what is going on in their area?

Hi from Loudon!! Nothing here yet, just windy. I hate storms, especially at night when you can't see anything. Just turned weather channel on, under a severe thunderstorm watch till 3 a.m. Guess I will walk the floors when it starts. Hope everyone else does ok!!

We are under a tornado watch. Nashville look like it will be hit very soon. Looks very bad there. I'm probably going to pull the plug on the computer in the next 30 minutes. I recently said I would travel away from the storms, but honestly, there is no place to go. This is the worst I have ever seen. Thanks for writing back. I'm in a mobile home. I will come back on when it is over.

Very nasty out right now. Lots of wind and lightning. The house is being pellted by hail. No TV. Other than that just another night on the Mountain. Looks like this front is going to bring us a god cold snap. 40's for highs Thurs thru Sat.

We've had some high winds here in Nashville, a few trees blown over in the counties west of here. It's wasn't bad when it came over my house.

Well, looks like it is on its way here. Hear thunder in the distance and the scanner is going crazy with reports of trees down in surrounding counties. Plus weather man said to take cover. Better grab the flashlight and get ready! Son in Hawkins county says they are getting slammed, hate to be away from him at times like this. This is the only thing I hate about spring and summer...the storms!!
