Default Bugs in Tn?

This will probly sound like a crazy question, We <down hereMs.>have Love BUGS, around this time of the year,through the summer months ,gets really bad with hurricanas,& tropical storms. They are pushed up from the coastal areas. I know this sounds CRazy!!
