Leonard, have you seen the duck pond in Fountain City, where I live? I haven't seen anyone swimming in it but lots of people enjoy it and the ducks and fish. It's great!

Good. We'll be happy to have ya. I'd love to see the look on your face when you see the duck pond. That pic is not very representative. The only time I have not seen lots of people enjoying it is in the wee hours of the morning!

Thank you.

My wife and I visited 7 other States before settling on TN. The others had many positives, but none were as nice as TN. Now mind you I have relatives and in laws all over the South, with a bunch in TN, so some may see that as a bias. However I never liked TN, until the last couple of years that we started visiting.

It doesn't have some of the goodies other States do and definitely no beach, which I love. However overall it can't be beat. I have moved on average every 3 years since birth and that also includes during the last 31 years of marriage.

TN may break the habit.
