CITY-DATA.com logo upper left corner of this page, can enter DAYTON and info will appear, along with a few other holiday pictures of mine.
Rt #27 great 4 lane divided pkwy being improved, small city slowly growing.
People like to live close to the river-front or high on Walden ridge to west.
New Cumberland Trail ,or(great Eastern trail), being cut for 305 mile linear state park. Rt #30 or Rt #60 lead EAST to I-75 and N.C. higher mtn peaks.
Historic court House, and similiar small town Brick bldgs slowly being restored. Car shows / cruise ins / daily farmers market, pick-up trucks near court house, job center resource bldg. Newer medical center / hospital being built , helicopter pad.
