Yes....good reminder.....let's not forget the sales tax.....I totally agree with you hiknapster. At least groceries should not be taxed, but since it is taxed, I'll have to make my calculations very careful in case this offer comes.

You know, I was just thinking about this. I am absolutely slow. It just dawned on me that where you are coming from would have a much cheaper cost of living, especially regarding housing. Am I correct?

Not really.....Indiana housing price is very compatible with TN, I would say that for housing it would be the same, I was already looking and the prices for similar homes and locations are the same. I would say it will make a difference for someone coming from Washington DC, New York, L.A., South Florida....but not from the Hoosier State. :-(

Oh, okay. My husband had relatives that just moved out of Indiana. They said the housing prices and cost of living is REALLY cheap.

For the life of me, I can't remember if you mentioned the name of a subdivision that you liked, or if it was someone else that mentioned a specific one. Anyway, today, a radio station was broadcasting live from the Carter Ridge subdivision, and I thought of you!

Oh no, no, no! It was like when a radio station broadcasts from a car dealership. There was absolutely nothing wrong.

I think you quite possibly may be more paranoid than me! That's saying something!

I will be travelling the next 3 days with most likely no access to the internet...it's gonna be several meetings with long hours....I will check again most likely by mid to end of the week....and let's see if by that time I will have some news....for now I'll keep dreaming of moving to East TN....
