The same wet stuff that provides refuge during the hot Tuesday afternoon at Lake Tansi is the stuff Cumberland County can't seem to find enough of.

A growing population on top of a mountain with very little in terms of rivers and reservoirs makes the water in Lake Tansi a hot commodity.
