Does anyone know any real facts about Mantria Communities? I found lots of articles about them, and say them in entrepreneur mag a little bit ago, but i need some real insider info. I was looking at one of their communities because my friend bought, but just not to sure as of yet. She went out and got her own appraisal, after the one provided to her seemed to high, but the one she got herself was within $1000 of the other one. But how do you really know safe investments these days or at least not too risky?

Here is a previous discussion on Mantria

Mantria is Middle TN

I own land near three of their places (Indian Trail Phase II & III and Iron Bridge).

I haven't see much happen there in the last couple of years. However, they have been doing some work on Indian Trail Phase II in the last month.

Interestingly, I saw their schedule today on their website.
Mantria Communities -> Communities
According to it, Iron Bridge should have roads by July 1st. I will be up there this weekend. I will be surprised if there are roads.
