Hello All! Really happy to have found your forum! I've been searching for a while now and this place seems full of welcoming people and extremely informative.
I am moving to Murfreesboro in August to attend MTSU. I'm concerned about my living situation as I'm looking for a decent room for decent rent (1 BR, Max $400/mo including all utilities - preferably $300 to $350). I'm not a partier by any means. I will be going to school part-time and working full-time for the first two semesters I am down there- you all can understand how important my sleep and studying hours will be
. I'm worried because I don't want to end up with young, noisy neighbors who don't focus in school living next to me. I also don't want to move in to an apartment and find it to be a total dump as the paint peels revealing mold everywhere.
I'm considering moving just a few miles north of MTSU, close to more families and children as these seem to be calm areas not overrun by college students. Can anyone recommend a nice, quite neighborhood / best places to rent within 10 minutes of MTSU
