Default Need help!!!
I need to find out if a city/municipality has to charge sales tax on surplused items it sells, i.e. police vehicles, computers, etc... Can anyone answer this question? I don't know where else to look. I have checked TCA and westlaw and am unable to find this.... PLEASE HELP!!!

Interesting question. I'm not sure.

This one might be one you should check with state Dept. of Revenue.
