Even here in SW PA, I can get a 15 acre parcel of land for $30k. I told hubby that even if we decide to not move to TN, then we can always build our dream home in this area, and maybe even closer to where I work. But, boy oh boy..... TN is where I want to live, but, our visit in November, plus other info we'll gather until then for hubby's work outlook in TN will tell.

This website and everyone on it is super helpful in gathering info, I just can't recommend it enough!

Come on up! Taxes are a bit higher in PA, but we're out in the country, so the county taxes and real estate is cheaper than closer in to the city.
