Default Help with move

We are in our 60s, raising our 16 yr old granddaughter who will be with us forever and want to move, today!!!We would like at least 40 acres with flowing water and power available. Want to build a log cabin type home, have a garden and privacy!!! We don't care about driving 30 miles to the store. It will be a couple of years before we can actually reside in TN but want to purchase land now. We have two sons who will eventually move also so must be able to divide land at some point. We love trees and mountain views (we have been in FL for almost 22 years and are sick of flat but after this hills would seem like mountains). We came from Maine and lived in Belize for 9 months so have some experience with cold, driving in snow, living with generator power and cistern water. Would anyone have any suggestions? We are thinking of Waynes County.
Thanks for your help
Carol

I don't think you can beat this area around Ducktown, TN. Right now is the time to get your land here... I'll save the details, but definately investigate this area.
