Thumbs up Friendsville

We are thinking of moving to Tennessee and will be looking for homes . I happened to see something in Friendsville which I really liked. I wondered about the area How far it is from I40. What towns are nearby etc. Thanks Jackie Fl

Its within about 20 minutes of I40 and 15 of I75 also. I 75 runs right through Lenior City and I 40 is just north between Lenior City and Oak Ridge. I dont know a lot about Friendsville, but dont really hear anything bad about it. Good location in my opinion, considering that area myself when I buy a house.

Maytober will become famous soon enough
Default Hello

I love the Friendsville area!!! Two of our closet friends live on the lake there and when we return to the area to visit that will be where we are staying. The hardest thing we have done in recent years is have to move from the area.
I think Friendsville is beautiful and it is also a safe area. It is also close to both Lenoir City in Loudon County and Maryville in Blount County so you do not have to go to far for anything.
