Am I missing something or is there 51 states listed on that link?
The District of Columbia was included.

I like Virginia, too.

Nah. That survey was taken during the "Kool-aid drinking years." Back then, everyone was deliriously happy because their homes had quadrupled in value. They were dancing in the streets!

Then they woke up, didn't have a job, couldn't pay the much higher taxes and couldn't unload the joint.

I bet Arizona has fallen out of the top 10, along with Florida, for the same reasons.

Yes, It was probably Margaritaville. If I move back to FL that's where I'm moving to. I hear it's right on the beach where no condos are allowed. Until then, here I stay.

You are definitely not alone.

There really aren't that many places in Tennessee I would NOT want to live in. You happen to be in what I think is Tennessee's best-kept secret, Chattanooga. If that high-speed Maglev train between Chattanooga and Atlanta becomes a reality, I think more people will discover just what a great city Chattanooga has become.

You are right, must have been somewhere where they are drinking all the time and don't care where they actually are LOL!!!
I lived in FL for 11 years, been in TN over 12 now. I couldn't stand being in FL, was unhappy most of the time and very stressed out. Here in TN, happy as can be, roll with just about anything not much at all bothers me and if so not for very long. I am happy, happy happy here in TN!
I have said it before, I will say it again, even if someone gave me a huge house, free maid service and gave me a bank full of cash to live in FL again, I would turn it down just so I could stay here in beautiful east TN!
