looking for a home in tennessee (Knoxville, Pigeon Forge: for sale by owner, real estate, house)

My husband and I have visited the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge areas of Tennessee a couple times, and let me tell you, it is like being as close to heaven as you can get. Since our daughter was killed in an automobile accident 3 weeks before her high school graduation, and my mother passed from cervical cancer, we are looking to relocate to that area. I promised my mother to go back to school and get a career going in real estate in this area. due to lay offs and bad economy in Minnesota,we are letting the house go back, we paid 15 k for this house outside a small town in extreme southern Minnesota, with the 5 acres, nice and quiet, now worth 108k we did all the work ourselves. Reason for telling you all this is we are looking for someone that has a home for sale in that area, preferably Cosby with a little bit of property so my 2 labs have some room as well for sale, and hopefully on an owner financing deal. Hopefully someone from this area would know if there is such a thing in this area of Tennessee? Have you tried the Knoxville Craigslist? Or www.knoxnews.com?
www.trulia.com? We used all these to locate our property in that area.
