We are thinking about moving to Eastern Tn this spring and wondering where a good place to live is? somewhere between nashville and knoxville Im thinking but want to stay in or near the mountains

First off, this is a chat thread. You'd be better off starting your own topic.

Second, between Knoxville and Nashville isn't this area. You'd probably be better off posting in the Nashville, Knoxville, or general TN forum.

Idy, Chattanooga might suite your needs, geographically and location-ally - being as the Tricities are not between Knoxville and Nashville.

Chatty is close to the mountains. Cookeville would suit ideally, if you're looking for a small town, but it's not near the mountains. The plateau is still quite beautiful, though.
