I'm really new to all this posting. We were in TN (Murfreesboro, Franklin, Thompsons Station) a few weeks ago. We both loved Innsbrooke in Murfreesboro but my boys play hockey and it's too far from the Franklin ice rink. Franklin is perfect as far as schools and hockey but the homes in our price range were small, older and needed work. We were shocked by the amount of new homes being built and also resale homes, are they really selling them all? We don't want to rush and buy only to find there's so many houses, prices start going down, and we overpay. Anyone, recent movers or hockey families out there --- opinions, suggest ions for great schools, affordable homes in family friendly neighborhood and of course, close to the rink?
