Default Questions
We visited Middle Tn a few weeks ago, (Murfreesboro, Franklin and Thompsons Station). We have never seen so many For Sale signs and new subdivisions as we did on this trip. With so much inventory, are home prices coming down and are buyers paying the listing price or are offers coming in much lower than the asking price? This is a tough question but in a market we know nothing about, this would be helpful info. Also, would you rent for a few months before buying?
