Default Looking for employment

After spending several years commuting back and forth to Knoxville to work, I am looking for a position closer to home - preferably in the Jefferson County area (Dandridge, Jefferson City, Talbott) or Morristown. I have a background in paralegal work, teaching, and marketing, as well as a bachelors degree. Does anyone know of any good jobs in the area? Any help would be appreciated!

Default This sounds familiar...

"You will probably have more luck in the marketing field in the Nashville, Knoxville, or Tri-Cities areas because the towns are a little larger with more and bigger companies. However, if you are looking for a smaller town to live in, I would try doing some research on the larger corporations in those towns - they typically have marketing departments. The Morritown area has a lot of industry which possibly might have a need for marketing departments or you could try the cable companies, phone companies, Verizon, etc..."

Haha, figured i'd respond the same way you responded to me since we kinda had the same question. In all seriousness though, thanks for your response though and good luck! I know it is tough to find employment. I do know that Morristown has some hospitals (marketing can be tough to get into those avenues though). I wouldn't think that finding a teaching job would be as tough. Again, good luck! And let me know if you hear of any marketing jobs up there too!

Default certification

What areas are you certified to teach in. The school I teach at has to hire at least 10 new teachers this year. I live in the Morristown, Hamblen County area.
