Hawks Bluff (Knoxville, Chattanooga, Cookeville: rent, propane, vacation)

to vacation on our property. We will be arriving on Sat., May 28th, we are driving from the Ft. Lauderdale area leaving Friday night. We will be "camping" on our property unless the weather does not co-operate, then we will hopefully be able to get a room at the park's lodge. We will be there until sometime Thursday afternoon.

We are in Phase #3, Lot #526 on Sunset Drive. Would really enjoy meeting some of our future neighbors, so why not come by for a "sunset drink", and some cheese and crackeers.

Sorry my wife and I will not be up there. We also live in South Fla and having her house built in phase 1. If you want check out our house and tell me what you think? We will be putting it up for weekly rental in Sept to help offset our cost. We plan on moving there within the next 3 years. Have a great trip and if you don't have one, get a GPS for your car, great tool for that area.

We are from Miami, FL and we started looking about two years ago in the
TN area and purchased a farm minutes from Falls Creek Falls state park, also near the Hawks Bluff area. We are very familiar with the area and its growth. We have brought some of our friends up to TN that also went to see the Hawks Bluff development and decided to buy land from the developers that I work with. I purchased a lot in Phase one a couple years ago. I have not been up there since, if possible can someone post or email some updated pictures of the area and houses being built?

I am building a home in Phase 1 and should be done in June. The place is looking really good and people are building in the area. I hope to be up there in the next 3 years but building now to keep costs down. There are also lots of other homes going up in the area. Phase 2 and 3 also have houses going up. All ages are building from young to old. They are also building across of 111 a golf course area with 110 lots, so the area is really moving.

thankyou for your honest info on Hawks Bluff. It sounds like your wife and I have the same rule...30 mins and no more to hosp, malls, dining. We are looking for something (log or cabin type) about 30mins from Chattanooga. Any suggestions>
