I thought I saw 748 Hickory Nut Trail up for foreclosure on The Mountain View
Daily News site. Is this correct?

Build now, the later you build the bigger the cost. I think you take the chance and if you have to rent out the home

Are you kidding? Have you looked at the housing figures for May, according to the National Association of Realtors. June's will be worse. I'd stake my life on it. Real estate's tanking and you are telling them to build?

Yes, Build because real estate is tanking builders are looking for work. When there is a small demand for labor prices are less. Not so you can sell, but to live.

Alright. I can see the logic in that, but only if you get a VERY good price for the build. Now is the time to negotiate for a VERY low price. You don't want to be stuck holding the bag.

there are a number of homes being built in Phase-4. Some are log homes and some are stick frame. All look very nice. Your right hiknapster negotiate for a very low price. From what I am hearing the builders are charging $85.00 to $100 a sq ft, depending on what you want in the house. Log homes, that is going to be higher, some of them are charging $150 a sq ft. I would think you would be able to get that lower depending on what log home company you went with.
