Brcommo, not since we last talked. Will not be able to meet you, we will be in Vero beach that week. they are getting ready to start building a log home in Phase-1. Little by little the building starting to pick up. Phase 5 is starting to pick up now that summer is here. If you remember that phase has everything underground. It is priced slightly higher then the other phase. I think there is log home down the street from yours that they will be renting, nice place, 2100 sq ft.

Don't start that. I thought you were going to use it on weekends. When I get up there then you can start the rental process and I will switch roles with you.

your killing me brcommo, we are going to use the house on weekends. As far as jobs go you will have to go to one of the other cities around Spencer, that would be your best bet.

Hello people. How far are the law firms and accountings firms and jobs of that nature? Are they only in the nearby big cities? Hope everybody's building of their homes is going great. Hope to start building mine in the near future. The next step is convincing the kids to move out there. Even though it's not their choice but it's nice to have a consensus with eveybody. Well see ya laters.

Might want to open a law firm or accounting firm. Don't know of anything around there.

I only know of one law firm in Spencer and 0 accounting firms. Your going to have to go to Cookville (45min away), Chattanooga (60 miles) McMinnville (25 miles) there is not much up here. Maybe Sparta, 22 miles. They are getting ready to start two more homes in Phase-1
