Mount: Thanks for the update on our property. Looks like the builders are getting ready to start some activity. We were hoping they would have started by now. Yes, it's a nice lot - we like very much.

I am going up to my house in two weeks if you need me to check anything out. Then my wife and I will be up there the entire month of Aug.

brcomm0: far as tv goes we do not have cable yet, you will have to go with dish. as far as cell phone goes go with cingular or verizon, any of the others and you will have problems up here on the mountain.

We have dish network and we have dsl through the telephone company Ben Lomand Telephone Co-op. If you want dish let me know and I will get in touch with the person who can get you set up. DSL you need to go to the telephone office in Spencer.

Hi we are from Miami, Fla and moved to TN almost 1 year ago. We have been renting in Sparta and just now moved into our new home in Hawks Bluff phase 2. Its been a real big change coming from Miami, but we love it here. My husband and his partner are clearing lots here in Hawks Bluff and other areas near here and I would like to start a rental office. There are so many people that stop by from Florida and looking for a place to stay that rental are very much needed.
