I don't think having this percent of an increase is a good thing for these 4 counties.

It is if youre a contractor or reals estate developer! I am more familiar with Fayette county than the others. It is 2 miles from my home to the Fayette county line and I can tell you with no uncertainty that the growth there is people who can afford to do so fleeing Memphis with its crime and God awful schools and taxes. And i cant really blame them.

I gave those stats a second look. They are from 2000 to 2009. Those sure were exciting years. I wonder what some more research would find. Take Sequatchie. I wonder if those are people that bought a home there but never actually moved in.
