In MBoro there is a dive bar/grill called Buster's that has wonderful burgers!!!

While in Pigeon Forge, we ate at "The Alamo" Best steak and house salad I've eaten in years. AA++ in my book.

also the Dipsy Doodle Drive Inn in Cookeville had a Good Homemade Burger.

Its a small deli that has been there for about 30 something years. Great Hot Dogs, subs, clean, friendly.

You gotta try China 1 in Sevierville Tn. Not only is the food great but Tina the Chinese woman(Americanized name) is quite a character.

Pope's Cafe on the square in Shelbyville. Great greasy spoon/meat & three/soda shop. Plus they have fried pies.

Puleo's & Litton's in Knoxville for sure, Sullivan's Downtown in Maryville.

We used to enjoy Famous Dave's in Knoxville, but after really BAD service on three separate occasions, we don't go there anymore.

We also love Mimi's in Farragut, esp for breakfast.
