I missed this last week: Rockslide damages flume line

Until the flume is repaired, water will flow through the middle section of the Ocoee whenever the TVA is generating power at the #1 dam upstream, which is pretty much every day. It took them 7 weeks to repair the flume after a similar slide in 2002. So grab your boat and hit the water!

(but no guarantees... no water will flow in the river when they've got everything shut off at the #1 dam to stockpile more water at night or during other off-peak times)
