I have aging relatives living in Dyersburg. They are happy with their local doctors but when one of my elder family members had a heart issue, they were referred to a cardiologist in Jackson and the care was coordinated with the local physician. I think that's a common scenario. I'll try to get the name of the cardiologist if you want. The person was at the large hospital in Jackson. My family members felt they were treated well, with kindness, dignity. My understanding from the locals is that the trip from D-burg to Jackson isn't bad at all, if you don't have to drive it more than once every few weeks or so. Best wishes.
