To the Tesla haters out there. I’m wondering if you could give me your list of the top three things Tesla could do that would cause you to stop hating them? I know, whittling your long list of complaints will be tough, but that’s all part of the fun!
1. Build a vehicle that has a 300 mile range, with the lights, windshield wipers, heat or air conditioning, all working at once. In other words, 300 mile range, whether 100 degrees or 20 below zero ambient temperature, in rain, snow or dark of night.
2. Provide a 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Yes, even on the power pack.
3. Price it at a point that any $75,000/year wage earner can afford it.
4. Recharge in 4 hours or less, with 110VAC 30 amp power.
5. There must be a local dealer/service center.

1. Fire Elon Musk
2. Allow their workers to unionize
3...? I don't know, the first two would probably do it. I'd still think it's not a good investment, but I wouldn't hate them any more.
I do not hate Tesla or any electric vehicle. I prefer electricty over gas for many things....heat, light, cooking, powering nearly everything I have, tools, etc, etc.
But the fact is, for any electrical-vehicle to go truly mainstream, the obvious and hard to remedy limitations must be truly dealt with.

Have the workers expressed a desire to unionize?
Has a union vote been held?
If so, which won, union or non-union?
If not, and there is an interest in joining a union, why not?
What is the company doing to prevent the workers from holding a union vote?
Personally, if I worked there, I would vote NO union. I would not want to support the lavish lifestyle of some big-butted big-bellied fat-headed bureaucrat back East!
