Growing up I've always thought houston was the better party city. However ,I think in the past 5 years or so it has kinda changed.Dallas has beefed up a bit in the party/club scene and its for the most part centrally located with exceptions of addison and arlington. I think Dallas has a slight edge over Houston now.

It doesn't matter; Houston is geographically large and it's plenty of decent nightlife scattered around the city in areas just as far as places like Addison. The northside of the Houston metropolitan area is actually coming up in the nightlife sector.

But little York is a main street in North Houston and goes all the way out to highway 6. My point is that there is no night life in North houston...hell they city of houston needs to clean up north houston if you ask me.

Yeah, it's technically in Houston, but its right before the city limit sign. I'd still call it the general Katy area.

Richmond is still holding on after all these years though not near what it was 10-15 years ago.

Even Chinatown has a pretty decent nightlife if you like Asian karaoke bars & Chinese restaurants that stay open till 2 or 3 am.
