I did consult attorneys and was told I had a good case for small claims.
I was also told by attorneys I had to have filed taxes with him to be considered common law. I mentioned this to the judge and he said no. The only two things we did have though, is he added me to his health insurance, at one time, as his spouse and also his auto insurance as spouse. I am getting so frustrated with who to believe.
