Question Iowa park vs. Henrietta vs. Marquez? Which is the best area to live and raise a family?

I currently live around the Abilene, Tx area and my husband has found a great job opportunity that offers two different job sites. One is Wichita Falls the other is Teague. We have to live with in 90 mins of the job location. After alot of research we have narrowed it down to Marquez for the Teague area and Iowa Park for the Wichita Falls area (also willing to go to Henrietta) The thing is we are a young married couple with two year old twin daughters and this will be our first time actually getting fully out on our own with our daughters since as of now he works for his dad on the ranch/farm and live in a family owned ranch house.

I did quite a bit of research and Iowa Park seems to have the better schools, but we live in a town of less than 200 people right now and though we do not mind living in a bigger town we would perfer to stay in a small town setting hopefully less than 4000 people. With that being considered Marquez seems to be the better choice, but it is further away from family.

The only downside i see to the Wichita Falls area is the weather, mainly tornados, and my husbands opinion is that it will not be the small town type that we are looking for.

We have never been to the Wichita Falls area or the Teague area other than quickly driving through. So we do not have any personally experience to draw on.

We are looking for a small town country setting, with safety, and good schooling that is around the job's designated area, but do not know which area would be best. I know this is long but any advice would be very much appreciated.
